    Lawki Organic Family

Our buckwheat is the fruit of true passion, a healthy and natural product created with love for organic food. We grow it in the north of Poland, in Warmia, in the village of Ławki, in the heart of the Natura 2000 region stretching along the banks of the beautiful and wild Pasłęka river.

Ławki Organic has always been a farm. It was once managed by great-grandfather Jan and his family, then it passed into the hands of grandfather Franciszek, and now his grandson Rafał is its host, running it together with his family, putting his whole heart into it. For many years the farm was self-sufficient, producing mainly cereals and milk. Then came the BIOTANICA period, when all our lands were used to protect bird species, and now we produce crops again, fully in the ORGANIC spirit.

The most important crop in this area is organic buckwheat, from which we obtain groats, flour and husks, which we then distribute around the world as a treasure of Polish nature. Buckwheat is an extraordinary plant because it does not need support or help from people, it just needs good soil to grow beautifully and lushly. We always dry its grains at a temperature not exceeding 45℃ to preserve all valuable nutrients, and then we carefully clean, pack and ship them around the world.
